摘要：The invention relates to a method for increasing the optical transparency ofregions of a tissue sample (1), wherein the tissue sample (1) is placed in a processchamber (10) and is infiltrated with at least one process fluid (2) in the process chamber(10), and wherein light-scattering structures in the tissue sample (1) are removed. Themethod comprises monitoring the optical transparency of the tissue sample (1) at leastduring a clarification time period, in which the tissue sample (1) is placed in the processchamber (10) and in which the light-scattering structures in the tissue sample (1) areremoved, by means of an optical transparency-measuring assembly (13) associated withthe process chamber (10). The invention further relates to a device (100) for performingthe method.
