摘要：A traffic control method, a traffic controlling device, and a terminal areprovided, which relate to the field of communications technology. The traffic control

method includes the following. A working temperature of equipment is monitored. It isdetermined whether the working temperature reaches a control temperature. If theworking temperature reaches the control temperature, a rate of data interactionbetween the adjacent function layers is controlled. The adjacent function layers are tworandom adjacent function layers in a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) 7-layer model. Therefore, a user can use equipment normally when powerconsumption of wireless terminal equipment is reduced.
