recent years has witnessed the rapid changes in working conditions. there are several factors accounting for the phenomenon.
first of all, people have changed their mind. knowing more about the world than before leads to thinking think about things in a broader horizon. that is, they have more choices now when facing problems. so, it is possible for some of them choose to change their career.
second, the types of workers needed is changing more rapidly. people needs to learn new things and adjust themselves to new jobs more quickly to make a
living as less time is needed to eliminate a type of worker than in the pass. as a consequence, they will live a worse life if they still rely on taking one job for life.
last but not least, getting information is a lot easier. with the boom in media industry, people are exposing to the world of information which enable them to make choices they don’t have access to before. more information can increase the possibility of changing jobs.
from my point of view, to prepare for work in the future, people are supposed to have a clear and accurate view of both themselves and the working conditions. there is little chance for people to get exactly what they want at the moment they start working, so keeping a motivated heart while doing the job they don’t like also plays a important role. in a nutshell, only when people stay enthusiastic, work hard even if they don’t like the job that much and keep looking for what they want, can they be the winners in the competition for jobs.
