摘要：After the measurement of a quantity of oil-laden sample water by extractionwith an organic solvent in an extractor (32), the working-up effort for separating thesolvent from the oil and re-introducing it into the circulation can be reduced if theresidual quantity of liquid remaining in the extractor (32), after the quantity of samplerequired for the measurement has been taken, and consisting of oil-laden sample waterextracted with the solvent is freed from the water content in a subsequent separationstage in the same way as the quantity of measurement sample, before it is fed, like thequantity of measurement sample freed of water, to a collection tank (51) for water-freeoil-laden solvent liquid. A separation filter (43) downstream of the extractor (32) can, forthis purpose, have a line (34 carrying water which has been separated off and a line 44,50) carrying oil-laden solvent liquid and, the solvent liquid line (44, 50) leading into aseparate liquid collection tank (51).
