摘要：The method involves determining whether attack is detected, and realizing aprotection function e.g. killcard function, when the attack is detected. A decoy function isrealized, when the attack is not detected, where the decoy function simulates theprotective function by being perceptible from the exterior of a microcircuit in a manneridentical to the protection function. The electrical consumption during the decoy functionis identical to that of the protection function. An independent claim is also included for adevice for protecting a microcircuit against attack.
