摘要：A chemiluminescent acridinium derivative of the formula I in which R<1> ishydrogen, an alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl radical having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, a benzyl oraryl group, R<2> and R<3> are hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, asubstituted or unsubstituted amino group, a carboxyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, cyano or nitro groupor halogen, R<4> represents a radical in which a sulphonamide group is bonded directlyto the carbonyl group via the nitrogen or represents a thioalkyl or thioaryl radical of theformula II - S - X - R<5> (II) where X is a branched or unbranched aliphatic or aromaticgroup, which can also contain hetero atoms and R<5> is a reactive group which undermild conditions can selectively form a bond with amino, carboxyl, thiol or other functionalgroups in substances of biological interest, and A<(-)> is an anion impairingchemiluminescence; and its use in luminescence immunoassays.
